  They have terrible customer service. Do not respond to customer issues which they created. It is ok there are other bow technicians that are closer to me. I had my bow completely re outfitted last year. New rest new sight new arrows new peep sight new kisser button new quiver and asked for a new string. Gladly paid the almost 600. Did not touch the bow all winter after I picked it up last year. This year I noticed the string was frayed and unraveling. I questioned them about it and was told I didn’t ask for a new string. Let me ask you this who does all that work to their bow and doesn’t put a new string on it? NOBODY. When I was told hey will look into it 2 weeks later I get a phone call only to be put on eternal hold waiting for the owner. They knew who was on the phone after waiting about 20 minutes I had to take a business call. Still no return phone call so I emailed another 2 weeks and no response. I also purchased a new pistol last December at the same time. So I spent roughly a $1000 bucks that week. Not a ton of money but enough. They want me to think I didn’t ask for a new string and they could care less that I spent my money there. I would highly suggest if you choose to use this hack shop you inspect what you paid them for. It is easier to avoid them at all costs there are many other sporting good shops that actually have customer service. They lost my business for good. Can’t wait to use the free T-shirt when I have to go to the bathroom in the woods!!!
