  I'm really not understanding how anybody can leave a bad review here. Everyone has to understand something this is a business just like anything else when we bury or cremate a human being what is the first thing that we discuss costs what we're doing where they are going how much it will be when time scheduling. My family and I recently lost our pet Bruno Rottweiler to unknown cancer that we had no idea was growing inside of him for god-knows-how-long. He passed away with us in the back of my truck 12 hours after showing the first signs of being sick we rushed him out to the local pet emergency room only to be told that he expired prior to our arrival. And what happened we immediately spoke about the bill payments because again it's a business. Animerge immediately set us up with Hamilton Meadows and advised me to contact them later in the day to let them know Bruno's passing. I spoke to a young gentleman who advised me of everything that would be happening and I told him that I wanted to be there for the cremation he told me what time it could be and how much it would cost. I advise them that due to my work schedule I wasn't able to make it at The Times They gave me so they told me that I could do it later in the week than I ever thought I could because I thought that once Bruno arrived it would have to be a quick service but they help me out tremendously by holding it off before it for 4 days. I never did a viewing or private cremation or witness cremation like I did with my mother and my two daughters and let me tell you it was very respectful extremely moving and just the way that Bruno should have went out. With a nice fluffy pillow and a warm blanket Bruno looked just like he did when we last saw him a little cold but that's just the process. The gentleman handling the cremation show nothing more but respect compassion and support for me and my family. He spoke to us as if he lost somebody himself and even took about 15 minutes during the process of The Cremation which took about 3 hours to come out and talk to me on how great it is to see families come to the establishment and be together on such a sorrowful day. I know this is a very lengthy review but let me tell you I can't express any more than I am on how thankful my family and I are for what Hamilton Meadows did for our big fluff-ball. Bruno is truly missed we love them but with the way he went over the Rainbow Bridge is just the way he should have respectfully and loved and I can't thank Hamilton Meadows anymore for how they treated him and how they treated us thank you guys

  Unfortunately we had to put our Biscuit to sleep at the age of 9. Our vet came to our home to do this. A gentleman from Pet Meadows came for my dog and was very sympathetic. Just received call to pick up my dog's print in plaster and it came out beautiful and was placed in a nice case with a card. Very nice people.
