  I was treated like a common criminal while attempting to make a withdrawal from my own bank account and the branch manager LETONYA MEYERS suggested that I should close my account with PNC which I did.
  
  UPDATE: PNC bank on South Broad Street in Hamilton are stereotypical and prejudice. I received terrible customer service that made me close my account. After speaking with PNC customer service representatives on the phone I was told I would receive an apology letter weeks ago that I never received. Further proving my point about not being important enough to the PNC company because they apologized to me over the phone for wrongful treatment but couldn't even follow up to show sincerity like they claimed they would. The PNC BANK IS A JOKE.
