  Had several unpleasant experiences with them. Numerous trips back and forth for a bridge that ended up breaking after only 6 mts. Had a replacement which took more than 1 month and didn’t properly fit. Requested several times for another specialist and they weren’t open to it because she started the work. I believe it was more of a it having to have to divide the payment between two parties involved so That wasn’t an option for them. Received a second opinion and my new dentist said it could have been a better fit bc food was constantly getting trapped for breeding bacteria. always rushed during these visits so I can see why the work was not quality work. Another major concern and issue I had was the over billing. Had I not called my insurance company and they help me go through the billing claims, I wouldn’t have never known right away I was over charged. From the frequent visits, I had several front desk staff and each was inconsistent. One staff did say something wasn’t adding up. Did receive my money back but I just didn’t have the best experience. I needed quite a bit of work that’s pending, but I lucked up a got a referral from a well know dentist and endo. about 30mts away. Will never return to Hamilton dental and or recommend them.

  Staff could NOT be more friendly, caring, professional or thorough if they tried! My kids appreciate the attentiveness and handling from staff and I love the concern and advice given to me, the parent. Look up "excellence" in the dictionary and you will find a picture of the HDA Kuser Rd staff!
