  They are incompetent! The service is horrible.
  Couldn’t find my rewards membership because they spelled my name wrong. Which is Melissa. How someone messes that up I don’t know.
  And They had the wrong phone. Betty with five years of incompetent service was no help and lacked any compassion. I found it on my own with out an apology or oops. Let me take five dollars off your purchase.
  I go to pick up my item. And of course incompetent Betty with her five years of service is there. I should have just walked out but I was hopeful! GUESS WHAT IT WAS SPELLED....... But of course it was. Because they are ..... incompetent!!! They don’t have any more of the frame I order of course. Because they are incompetent. She wants to give me the display. No. Without offering to take something off... give me an upgrade...offer me another frame..... anything to be more helpful and compassionate. Nope. Not Betty with her five of service.
  Needless to say it was a traumatic experience for all involved. The store should be closed down. Monkeys could do a better job running a store. The store should just be a kiosk where u type and do everything yourself. Bc the employees they hired are of no help in providing any real assistance except aggravation.

  The service here was horrible. No one in the store bothers walking up to you and greeting you. They just stand at the desk and gawk at you as you browse, without even asking if you need help with anything. The lady who eventually helped me out was very rude. I purchased three Sterling Silver bracelets with an engraving on all three, which came to a total of about $300!!! I have not had all three bracelets for more than a full month and two of them are already broken! Not to mention I also ordered a jewelry box in the shape of a heart and they gave it to me in a rectangular shape. What a waste of money!!!!!!
