  I thought I had booked an appointment for my daughter’s hair for the prom back in May. The salon, however, didn’t take reservations. When I called, the young woman _seemed_ to take the reservation, but when we arrived, it was apparent that it was ‘first come, first serve.’ Ugh!!!
  
  In a panic, my daughter and I went to Chimere Nicole. The owner was in the middle of styling another customer's hair, and she asked the woman if she minded waiting while she curled my daughter’s hair?
  
  I was almost in tears. I was so grateful. I had been trying to save a few dollars, and I ended up giving my daughter unnecessary stress.
  
  The owner curled my daughter’s curly hair beautifully. It was truly lovely.
  
  Thank you very much!!
