  Young lady at pharmacy window with dirty blond hair was very nasty ,no smile ,no greeting nothing. After waiting at drive Tru window for 5 minutes the young woman comes to the window and says can I help you with the poorest customer service face you can give someone . After asking her for a over the counter product , that I was told can be picked up at the pharmacy window and paid for, she rudely interrupted and said you will have to come in for that and just stared at me. I then told her that the pain was a 9 and I would preferably not walk on it if you have the product right in front of you. I then said ok I will be in and drove away . Once inside the product was 10 or less steps away from the non busy pharmacy window/desk! Luckily the other reps working in store were helpful ,only managed to get one name off small name tag. Thank you cosmo for a helpful check out.
