  Absolutely the worst. I went through a drive-thru and order with coupons, for the first time might I add. The lady cashier said I didn't mention both coupons for two meals when I clearly did. A man took my order. Then, she added the second coupon and took $2 off the total. However, when I handed her my card, she said that I didn't have enough money and $2 was still remaining. I was confused, for I had more than enough money in my account. When I was handed the receipt, the second coupon was never added, and a different amount was deducted from my card. It was so humiliating. I understand if it's a mistake, but she was very rude about everything. Other Wendy's are not like this nor the other employees are like this. I hope friendlier cashiers are available.
